Shipping:
In-stock items will ship from our warehouse in Florida in 1-3 business days. Custom house plaques will ship in 3-5 days. Once your order leaves our warehouse it should arrive in 1-5 business days.
Please note that your order may experience delays due to high volume of orders during promotional events or holidays.
Free shipping applies to all order over $50 with exception of custom design work in collaboration with our design team.
Return Policy:
We hope that you will love your Nature Bracket products. But if something doesn't meet your needs, we will provide an exchange or refund for 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Custom products, including house plaques and custom designed pieces
- Hand-painted items

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Nature Brackets, 11615 Chitwood Drive #160, Fort Myers, FL 33908.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will cheerfully send you a replacement or full refund of the price of the item purchased. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
