Purchase the crab first- when it came I fell in love with it so much I kept it inside up in one of our windows looking over the water. Then I purchased the turtle for the mailbox. Both are well made with beautiful detail and are causing "neighbor envy" on our street!!

cute coastal mailbox

We were looking for a way to "coastal up" our mailbox at the house we're building. We bought this crab and attached it to a PVC post from Home Depot ... almost exactly like the picture shown. The material reminds me of a PVC cutting board ... very durable feeling. I used the two included screws along with some clear silicon, and we are VERY happy with how it turned out.
